Return & Exchange Policy

We want to make sure you are as happy with your jewelry as possible. That’s why we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of your item’s delivery. Shoot us an email at hello@shopforevamore.com and we will email you a return label. Online returns may also be dropped off at any of our brick and mortar locations. They will, however, be processed at our office so please allow 2-3 business days for your refund.

Other than customized pieces, we will gladly accept like-new product for return or exchange for any reason as long as it is shipped back (aka label is scanned) within 30 days of the order being delivered. Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For Exchanges: We always offer free shipping on exchanges.
  • For Returns: The cost of the $3 return label will be deducted from the refunded amount
  • Return Shipping Label: You have 10 days from creating the return label for the package to be scanned / sent for the return to be accepted.
  • PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for improper care and any misuse of your jewelry after purchased

SALES/PROMOTIONS: 
We’re unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotion, sales, or discounts. Promotions or discounts can’t be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated nor after the promotion has finished. We are very conscious and deliberate about communicating details about upcoming sales and promotions, so the best way to make sure you know what is coming is by joining our email / SMS list and following us on IG with alerts turned on. 

CLEARANCE ITEMS:
All items purchased with a clearance discount will be credit only, unless noted as Final Sale.

FINAL SALE:
Items clearly noted in a discount code, product title, or product description as ‘Final Sale’ are non-refundable.

CHANGES TO ORDERS:
Please contact us with any requests for changes to your order. While we will try our best to accommodate these requests, we do ship orders quite quickly so we ask that you call us as soon as possible to request a change to your order.

PRE-ORDERS:

  • Cancellations or returns on pre-order items will be refunded in store credit or exchange only.
  • Pre-orders will be charged at the time your order is placed. Additional items in your order will be shipped immediately while pre-order items ship separately as they become available.
  • Please note that the delivery date is an estimated shipping date. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for pre-order and special order items due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturers. Please know that we cannot control the dates that are given to us by the manufacturers. Pre-order items are sold on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Not all pre-order items are guaranteed based on manufacturer production. If for some reason we cannot fulfill your order, we will issue a full refund.

Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.
